Spring Launch of Kelly Baker Art Advising

Hello Friends,

Welcome to the month of March, a time on the calendar when many of us begin to eagerly look around the corner towards a new season. In that spirit I am happy to share with you the beginning of a new chapter in my career. This season brings the launch of my new business, born out of a lifetime of love for the arts.

For over 25 years my professional path has brought me in continued contact with the creative, working around both art and commerce on the west coast, to east and back again. Now living in the Northwest where I was born and raised, I am involved in the arts both as a supporter of artists and creatives, and as an engaged member of local arts organizations. I love traveling around the greater Northwest region and discovering the exciting contemporary artwork being created here, visiting museums and galleries and meeting one of a kind artists.

Experiencing art in person is a source of fuel for me and a spark that keeps my own creative light burning. Sharing that with others and helping them to find artwork that does the same for them, their friends and family, and has the ability to transform their home or business is the “why” behind Kelly Baker Art Advising.

Much like a skilled real estate agent helps clients find their next home in the vast market of available properties, I will work with my clients to navigate the wide arena of galleries, available art and individual artists to find original artwork that matches their unique vision, budget and goals. This may be an individual homeowner, collector, or a designer sourcing art for their clients. I also look forward to working with people who want to curate and revive their current artwork and personal items that bring meaning to their own spaces.
